    • The latest date possible for his praetorship under the Lex Villia. He was probably governor of Asia as Praetor or Propraetor after his praetorship when Antiochus VIII set up an inscription in his honor at Delos (Münzer, RE; Holleaux, RA 8 [1918] 234f., who reads {Gr}; I. de Délos 4.1.1550), since his disastrous consulship must have ended his public career.
