Aed. pl. 86, pr. 80. In MRR 2.63, and Index, 565, transfer the notices of L. Fan(nius) and L. Crit(onius), aediles of the plebs, from 83 to 86 (to MRR 2.54), and refer also to Crawford, RRC 1.367, no. 151. The date in 86 makes uncertain the date of his subsequent service as iudex quaestionis (MRR 2.76) when he presided over the quaestio de sicariis et veneficis (Cic. Rosc. Amer. 11), perhaps as early as 85, before presiding over it again as praetor in 80. See T. E. Kinsey, Mnemosyne 20, 1967, 61-67.
