Domitius Calvinus (44), proconsul in Hisp. Cit. (Sall. Hist. 1.111M). P. O. Spann, doubting his praetorship and the nature of his command, suggests that he was a legatus pro praetore left in charge (Sertorius 72-73), but to Chr.
