    • His agitation for restoration of the powers of the tribunate was checked by Lucullus (Cic. Cluent. 110-112; Sall. Hist. 3.48.11M; Plut. Luc. 5.4; Ps.-Ascon. 189 Stangl). Defended Oppianicus, and after his condemnation secured the conviction of C. Iunius, the Iudex Quaestionis, and prosecuted Falcula, one of the jurors (Cic.
