    • Legatus of Lucullus, attested in 72, 69, and 68 (MRR 2.120, 134, 140). Note also an inscription of Acmonia in Phrygia # (MAMA 6.260-AEpig. 1940, 200), and Syme's suggestion that his cognomen was Barba, and that he, not a Cassius, was the Barba who was a legate of Lucullus in 73 (MRR 2.112).
