    • All were Senators in 70, and presumably, like Tremellius, quaestorii, when elected senior Tribunes of the Soldiers for 69 (Cic. Verr. 1.30). (Broughton MRR II)
    • Tr. mil. 69. He should be identified with L. Cassius Longinus (64). Pr. 66 (MRR 2.152), with the juror in the case of Oppianicus (Cic. Cluent. 107), thus making him a senator in 74, and with the juror in the case of Verres in 70 ( Verr. 1.30). See Shackleton Bailey, Studies 24.
