    • The Domitius who presided over the trial of Caelius Rufus de vi (Cic. Cael. 32 and 70-72) may possibly be the same as the Praetor who presided over his second trial in 54, and not Cn. Domitins Calvinus, who in 56 presided over the Quaestio de ambitu (see above, on Domitius; Seidel, FA 66; Mommsen, Str. 2.584, and note 3). (Broughton MRR II)
