A Legate under Decimus Brutus in Cisalpine Gaul, who drove Antony's Legate Plancus Bursa back from Pollentia (Cic. Phil. 11.14; 13.27; Dio 46.38.3; Zonar. 10.15). He perished in the fighting about Mutina, and a statue was decreed in his honor (Cic. Fam. 10.33.4; 11.31.1; Dio 46.40.2). See R-G. 3.639. (Broughton MRR II)
