(Pr. 44?) CIL 1(2).2, p. 764, no. 382 g. Grant suggests that he was the future Praetor of 44 (26f.). (Broughton MRR II Appendix 2)
Pr. 44. See MRR 2.322. The choice of possible gentilicia is very wide. See however Wiseman, NM 281, no. 543, who suggests Sextius, probably the Sextius who conspired against Caesar (App. BC 2.113), and the former guaestor in Sicily (MRR 2.478).
(Broughton MRR III)
Cic. Phil. 3.25. See above, on L. Marcius Philippus. His nomen may be Octavius, Otacilius, or Voconius. (Broughton MRR II)
Praetor 44. See MRR 2.322. Several nomina are possible (TJC). For the suggestion of Voconius or, more probably, Sextius, one of the conspirators against Caesar, see Badian, Gnomon 33, 1961, 497. See also Wiseman, NM 281, no. 543.
