Add a reference to ILLRP 441, and note Degrassi's comment that these prefects lost their power with the refounding of Capua in 59, and were abolished before 13 (cf. Mommsen, StR 2(3).609-610). In MRR 2.476, he is listed as a quaestor before 90, but Badian (Dial. Archeol. 4-5, no. 2-3, 1970-71, 376, note 14) dates him some time after the Social War, and adds 'must surely be the son or the grandson of the consul of 93' (cf. Historia 12, 1963, 134). See also L.
