    • Senator in 129. The praenomen is M. in the Smyrna copy of the SC de agro Pergameno (see now Sherk, RDGE no. 12, pp. 63-73). The difference in tribe from no. 25, below, suggests that he may be a Lucilius Rufus, perhaps an uncle of the monetalis (MRR 2.444; but see now Crawford, RRC 1.327, no. 324). See A. B.
