    • The names are preserved in Fast. Cap. as follows: [- - -S]accus II; [- - - -E]squilinus II; [- - - -]Capitolinus II; Q. Manlius A. f. [- - - -]; Cn. Genuciu[s - - - -]; L. Atilius L. [f.- - - -]. Fast. Cap. and Diod. agree regarding these names, though Maelius appears in Diod. as {Gr}, and it is not clear whether Diod. had the elder Licinius (Mil. Tr. in 400) like Fast. Cap., or his son, like Livy. In Livy the name is P. Maenius, but at 5.12.10 on the college of 400 he has Maelius, and should agree here. He omits the name of Manlius, perhaps after or before the similar beginning of that of Maelius. He states that the college of 400 was reelected, but only three of them were, while Manlius seems new, and Atilius and Genucius held office in 399. See Conway and Walters ad loc. (Broughton MRR I)
